I'm getting alphanumeric value in "assigned_to" field after the List Record step in ServiceNow. I need to get the actual string value. Tried to use "Search User" in Office360 step but not able to work. Please help.
Try to use "Get user profile (V2)" action.
Hello @VictorIvanidze , tried that as well. Actually, I found the the solution. It is the same step but Record Type = User passing that alphanumeric value and will give details of the profile from ServiceNow. Thanks
