Hi Power Platform Community,

I’m encountering an issue with a Power Automate flow that should activate when a new item is added to a SharePoint list, but it’s not working as anticipated. Here’s a rundown of my setup:

Flow Details:

Trigger: When an item is created in [My SharePoint List].
Actions:
- Send an email notification to a designated group.
- Update an item in a different SharePoint list.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

I’ve confirmed that both the flow and my account have the necessary permissions for the SharePoint list.
Verified that the flow is active and has been tested manually without any issues.
Reviewed the flow history, but no runs appear when new items are created in the SharePoint list.
Tested the trigger by manually creating items and through form submissions, but the flow still does not trigger.

Environment Details:

SharePoint Online
Flow created in a Microsoft 365 environment

Is there something I might be missing in the trigger setup? Are there common issues that could cause the flow not to trigger properly? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
