I’m encountering an issue with a Power Automate flow that should activate when a new item is added to a SharePoint list, but it’s not working as anticipated. Here’s a rundown of my setup:
Flow Details:
- Trigger: When an item is created in [My SharePoint List].
- Actions:
- Send an email notification to a designated group.
- Update an item in a different SharePoint list.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- I’ve confirmed that both the flow and my account have the necessary permissions for the SharePoint list.
- Verified that the flow is active and has been tested manually without any issues.
- Reviewed the flow history, but no runs appear when new items are created in the SharePoint list.
- Tested the trigger by manually creating items and through form submissions, but the flow still does not trigger.
Environment Details:
- SharePoint Online
- Flow created in a Microsoft 365 environment
Is there something I might be missing in the trigger setup? Are there common issues that could cause the flow not to trigger properly? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
