Marking Teams Messages as Important and @everyone

Currently, I have created a Power Automate flow that gets information and posts it in a Teams chat. I am looking for ways to mark the teams message as important and to at everyone in the chat without using Graph API's. 
 
Is this possible?

    Which action are you currently using to send the message?
     
    The Post message in a chat or channel action doesn't support the importance (with high value) property (aka delivery options).
     
    If you want to set that property value that would only possible via the interface or via Graph API call. What is the reason that you don't want to use the Graph API?

    As you already know the action doesn't support directly Marking it that way
     
    1) A message posted to the channel goes to everyone automatically, so I guess you mean you want to mark it as Important so people get a PING
     
    2) You can use Markup language to bold it or change colors etc but just not mark it important,
    but you could add a Markup like Header stating its important
     
    3) then send an Email to everyone that you can mark important, which a link to the Channel directly and bingo.. its as close as I can get you.
     
    If this resolves your issue please Mark as such and maybe a like
