Approvals sent to a group are received but cannot be processed

Hi community,

I'm facing a strange problem that started happening last week. I have a flow that sends an approval request to an M365 group and requires only one response. All members of the group receive the approval request, but they're not seeing any buttons to process it (Reassign, Reject, Approve, not even the comment field). There is just whitespace where the comment field and buttons would be, see screenshot.

If I send the approval request to the individual members of the group, they can process it fine. But when assigned to the M365 group, this issue occurs. This only started happening last week. This used to work in the past. No changes were made to the flow.

I've tested this in different environments (default and a dedicated PROD) environment, the issue is the same.

Any ideas? Can anyone reproduce this?

No one else has experienced this problem? This is still happening to me for some reason.

I am having the same issue. Any leads?

I am having a similar issue.  In my case, I get the Approve/Reject buttons but clicking on Submit button does not work.  Clicking Submit just grays out the button.  This happens both in group chats and private channels.  Sending the approval to an individual works fine.

For what it's worth, I ended up just working around this problem by using the M365 Groups connector to retrieve all the members of the group, concatenate their e-mail addresses separated by a semicolon (;) and then just sending out the approval request to that string of e-mail addresses.
