How can I achieve this?

    Could you give more idea around the process which you need to automate , like where is source of case to be reopened or created , is it in service now like that ?

    Hi @Nived_Nambiar, its within d365 CE where we have used Automatic Record Creation and Update Rules On upcoming emails cases getting created automatically, here we have to implement the scenario for same cases 

    Scenario:
    When customer sends email against resolved cases then case should be reopened automatically within 24hrs, Else new case should be created
