Hi @Nived_Nambiar, its within d365 CE where we have used Automatic Record Creation and Update Rules On upcoming emails cases getting created automatically, here we have to implement the scenario for same cases Scenario:When customer sends email against resolved cases then case should be reopened automatically within 24hrs, Else new case should be created
