Form Card Visibility Changes, Shuffle the visible cards to remove gaps

I have a Form that hides varous Cards based upon a drop down selection and this works as intended, however the position of the cards remain in place and does not shuffle up to hide the gaps. I know the card still has a position when hidden but is there a way to change the order of the cards based upon visibility.
