Action Failed and no dependent actions succeeded - forbidden error - flow

Hi,

I'm using the 'send form response for approval' template and I have MS Form results that populate onto an MS List.

It has been working up until recently and I'm now getting the below Forbidden error every time I try to run the flow.

Does anyone know how to resolve this please?? @MarconettiMarco - you have been a great help before, do you have any suggestions for a fix here, please? Have also attached a screenshot of the error.

Hi @PJ_Bowman98 ,

For any reason, Power Automate seems to not recognize your connection to MS Forms. In your 'Get response details' action, click in the three dots (highlighted in blue), and check if your current connection is valid (icon highlighted in yellow). If not, or if the connected user does not have permissions to access the form, you can add a new connection by clicking in the '+ Add new connection' (highlighted in green):

Thank you for replying to me! I have another question to be able to give this a go - how do I find a 'Form ID' if it's not showing in the drop-down list of my MS Forms? Thank you.

Hi @PJ_Bowman98 ,

Power Automate do not have an action to list the available MS Forms (by the way, it would be a very helpful feature!), so you will need to check it manually. If you open your Form in design mode, the URL will bring the form ID. For example, this URL: https://forms.office.com/pages/designpagev2.aspx?lang=en-US&origin=OfficeDotCom&route=Start&subpage=design&id=yOdA8AYwz0OSKFBwEg_4bD0e0-gRj6tNpfvd_IxBn_hUQTg2MTY2NFFGSTlFVkxOWVpQQlhaMktUNC4u (ID marked in red) corresponds to this form that I selected from a dropdown in Power Automate:
