I have different Forms in my company for people to fill out and report accidents or incidents.
The problem is that not all the forms need to reach me, but rather that they are sent to each person in charge, it is possible to segment that when answering a specific Form, it is sent to a different recipient, and I do not have to receive all of them.

To streamline the process of notifying the appropriate reporting person for different types of accidents or incidents, you can leverage SharePoint to maintain a contact list. Follow these steps:
1. Create a SharePoint list named "Contact List" to store the contact information of reporting persons associated with each type of accident or incident. e.g. "Type of Incident" and "Reporting Person"
2. Create a Power Automate flow triggered by the submission of the incident report form.
3. Flow can lookup the corresponding reporting person and send notification
