Hi,

Our employees have to read some work instructions (PDF).After they read this instruction a Mail will send to revision@comapny.com.

Is it possible that the Mail Information (subject, name, lastname, Email adress from sender) and the Name of the attachment can be written into a Sharepoint list or Excel file?

Would be super helpful.

Many thanks

Tim

    Hi @ekime89  ,

    Yes it is possible.

    1. Start your flow with when an email is received trigger.

    2. Use add a row action in the flow to add data to excel sheet and select the excel file from OneDrive or SharePoint Document Library , once you select the table name from your add a row action , the columns will appear and you can choose the Subject and other details from Email body.

    3. If you choose to save the details in SharePoint list , then you can choose the list and add the details from email body in the list.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @ekime89  ,

Please ensure that table is present in your excel file. then it will show. Once you create a table with the required action you can reselect the file or remove and add the add a row action newly and it should show the table name that you have created.

If this solves your problem , please consider marking this as a solution.

    Thanks,
