SQL Server Gateway error

Hi Folks,

 

I have added SQL Server as a datasource in my powerapps. Gateway installed successfully without any issues. However when i try to connect to DB, i get a weird error as below

 

The gateway is either offline or could not be reached.
inner exception: Gateway on endpoint '<ii>sb://wabi-south-east-asia-relay34.servicebus.windows.net/08/</ii>' is unreachable.
inner exception: The communication object, Microsoft.ServiceBus.Channels.ClientFramingDuplexSessionChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.
clientRequestId: XXXXXXXXXXX

Session ID: 2XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX

 

Any technical advice would be helpful. Thanks.

    Hi @Kumar9024021 

    Can you check that the Gateway service is running?

    If you go to Control Panel > Services on the machine where you installed the gateway, the "On-premises data gateway service" should be started and running.

    Hi @Kumar9024021 ,

    Here are some tips that you should notice:

    1)gateway can only be used in default environment

    2)update gateway to the latest version 

    3)check the gateway whether network status

    4)try to restart the gateway

    5)whether your license could connect with SQL, SQL is a premium connector now
