how to deploy a chatbot once email ID is selected in to field of outbox.

Dear All,

 

I wanted to build a flow which will prompt a chatbot with FAQ whenever an email ID is selected in outlook.

 

1) User select email in his Outlook.(mail is not sent)

2) User gets automatic prompt in teams as soon as email ID is selected by user.(all users in org)

 

Note: this chat prompt should come as soon as user selects an pre decided email ID in outlook.

 

any insides how this could be achieved.
