Hello, since the new licensing came into effect on 1st October, what is the trigger frequency for flows in Office 365, especially SharePoint "when an item is created or modified"? In the Licensing FAQ in the section about Office 365 it says (emphasis mine)
Start quote
Power Automate plan-based limits on trigger frequency and the number of runs allocated to a tenant per month are being removed.
Power Apps and Power Automate usage will be subject to service limits described here. Per user service limits provide capacity assurance for users and alleviate the risk of one user exhausting the tenant wide quota.

But I cannot find anywhere how often Flow now checks. The service limits links doesn't have that information.
My own tests show that it can take up to ten minutes between an item change and the Flow running.
Is there any official info on that?
I'm recreating a lot of SharePoint Designer workflows in Flow and user expectations are aligned to the SPD workflow, which triggered immediately. I need to be able to tell the users how long they have to wait before they can expect the flow to run.
