How to create trigger for google forms Custom Connector

Hi Everyone, 

I want to create a trigger OnSubmit of google form. Could anyone please guide me what to specify for Webhook triggers as I'm using Google Forms API to create actions in custom connector. I managed to create actions using Google API documentation. But I did not know how to implement triggers onSubmit event. Anyone please guide me.
