What does the yellow clock mean on my power flow debug

The left side works fine, the condition was just never met.  I do not understand what the yellow symbol means, and it does not work whenever I add or modify an item to that list. If anyone has any idea what this symbol is I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks

    Hello @Anonymous 

     

    This means that that action is executing.

     

    The problem here though is that you're using 2 triggers.

    When an item or file is modified is a trigger and cannot be used below other actions.
