Syncing Multiple Lists with a Master, without making duplicates

I am running into an issue with syncing all of my lists to my master list, without a massive number of 'items' being exported to the master.

For example. If my planning list has 4 items, and the master list already has those four items, if I add a fifth item to the planner list, the master list would receive an additional 5 items.

I have looked online and tried multiple strategies with ChatGPT. Has anyone successfully completed this task?

Thank you for coming to the community.

We are not really able to help you without seeing your flow. We cannot see your screen, we cannot see a flow run. I :-) appreciate you want help, please understand we are limited by what is shared as it then takes time, that the volunteers have to take, to try and pull that information out :-)

So please share your flow from a design perspective. Then please share a flow run, where you say data is being.. essentially erroneously compounded.
Make sure to show the data model and explain how the data goes from X list to the Master as well.

Also so the data before and after the run that this happened, and I promise we will do our best to help you resolve it

    Cheers,

You appear not to be checking for the existence of records before adding new records.
Are you synching one list at a time as this would be required to avoid adding duplicates?

We don't use Power Automate to do what you are looking to do. If nobody provides a solution, I can recommend Layer2 Cloud Connector, which is designed for exactly the need you outline. You can learn more at Layer2 Cloud Connector â–º integrate and sync data and https://youtu.be/Rj6kTdVSnJI?si=csx0_YPYJ9w6kJ_0. They are a Microsoft certified gold partner.
