Advanced Flow: Workflow stopping at condition but says "Successful" flow

Here is my flow. It gets through the first 5 actions but stops at this condition. In the run, it says successful but didn't follow through to the condition.

I had a working flow with parallel actions but it stopped working a few days ago. Here is my backup flow but it is not working either.

 

Please any assistance will be helpful.

    What has probably happened is that there is no data in "values" for the loop to act upon:

    If you are getting your values from the following action, make sure that it is returning data for the loop:
