Removing Specific User's access to SharePoint Library item

Hi,

I am interested in removing a specific users access to the  item in SharePoint library that already has broken inherence. It is straight forward to add access role to user on an item but nobody seems to talk about the specifics of removing access based on a single username regardless of the role(even in the posts named similar to mine).

I suspect this is going to be HTTP SharePoint call, if someone has done this can they provide this calls form me(or if there is a better way - please let me know). Also, if this is not possible with flow - please let me know.

Thanks

Thank you.

I confirm that is possible, I was using the links above with some minor modification in web service calls.
