Hi guys!
I have a problem with a flow. My goal is simple, a flow that communicates with Power Virtual Agents, collecting the information typed by the user and searching in an Excel spreadsheet.
When the information entered by the user is found in the spreadsheet, the flow works perfectly. But when the information entered by the user does not exist, the flow breaks and does not return any information to the user in the PVA. I wish that when the record was not found, the flow would follow its normal path and I would be able to return the answer that the record does not exist for the user.
I tried to place a condition after obtaining the registration in the flow, but the flow breaks and stops executing in the step of searching the line, not entering the conditional loop.
Can you help me? I would like the flow when I did not find the record, go to the condition or else be executed completely so that I can return some information to the user in the PVA.
