condition related issue for country/region specific

My flow performs below things but im unable to check if the attachments that we receive in email should be stored based on country ,region

document library structure:

year/month/country/customer/type

FLow steps:below flow is working but then its not getting copied into the appropriate path as mentioned above year/month/country/customer/type (dynamically)

above flow output works in the below way and it is only copying outside the predefined structure and im not aware how to place the files in respective path (i.e. predefined document library path) in the same flow which i pasted above.

There is no fail, below flow works as per below configuration and i have shared the detailed steps by steps and further i need to include conditions that would copy files and attachments and metadata properties into specific sub folders level example : year/month/country/customer/type (dynamically)

condition : length(outputs('Get_items')?['body/value'])

we need to perform the below steps in the above flow but not sure if this is works logically in my existing above flow. Appreciate help

Note:This is another flow where we have steps that picks attachments when new email arrives and drop into specific sub folder but not sure how to add to my existing first flow1

1.To add List folder action
2.To add Filter array1
i)Isfolder isequal true
3.Apply each filter array condition
i)substring(item()?['name'], 0, nthIndexOf(item()?['name'], '_', 1)) is equal to Name(choose from filter array1)
ii)condition branching
length(body('Filter_array_2')) is greater than 0
