I had created a pto request flow where a form is filled out, the response details are sent to someone to approve or not approve. If approved then the form responses are recorded in a new row of an Excel table in a Teams site. Things were going well until I had to transfer out of the department, at which time I transferred ownership of the flow to someone else. I was then removed from that department’s Teams site. The flow worked one time, but now getting the following error.

The error you are experiencing is likely due to the transfer of ownership and your removal from the department’s Teams site. Power Automate may be having trouble accessing the Excel file in the Teams site because the connection is either broken or still associated with your credentials, which no longer have access.

    Thanks @SwatiSTW

Is there a way to disassociated it from my credentials? Is there a fix that doesn't involving abandoning the flow and having someone else creating everything from scratch?
