Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have an existing Excel Workbook being used as a datasource. Been working great. They wanted the user of the app to have a selectable menu in which they could select their name and employee id.

I created a Worksheet in the existing Workbook which has the data connection for PowerApps. I made the new Worksheet at database via filter. I have two columns: Name & Employee Number.

When I go to access the information from PowerApps it is not being shown as a Table I can select in the DataSource. I have refreshed the data source. Nothing.

What am I missing? Do I have to disconnect the DataSource and reconnect?

Any insight would be appreciated?
