Teams - post card in chat or channel - "user blocked the bot"

Kia ora!

 

I have a flow set up to notify a Teams channel when a Sharepoint list is updated. It was working one day, then broke the next with the following error:

 

 

Request to the Bot framework failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"ConversationBlockedByUser","message":"User blocked the conversation with the bot."}}'.

 

 

 

It's just myself and one other person in this team currently, and neither have blocked the Flow bot. I can't for the life of me figure out why this has suddenly broken. Previous advice I've found relates to settings that don't seem to exist any more in the new Teams experience!

    Did you manage to fix the problem? I am struggling with the same error and with the same setup...
