Title: FlowActionBadRequest error in Power Automate in production environment

Description:

I am experiencing a "FlowActionBadRequest" error when running a Power Automate flow in the production environment. The flow works correctly in the testing and development environments.

The error occurs in the "Obtener_elementos" action. The action is configured correctly with the correct data. The resource it is trying to access is available in the production environment.

I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • I have verified the configuration of the "Obtener_elementos" action.
  • I have verified that the resource it is trying to access is available in the production environment.
  • I have verified that the flow is configured correctly for the production environment.
  • I have verified that the flow has the necessary permissions to access the resources.

Despite having tried these steps, the error persists.

Solution:

Microsoft support is requested to help resolve this issue.

Si coloco un dato correcto, va a buscar la información (se adjunta evidencia vía web en modo incógnito)

If I enter correct information, it will search for the information (evidence via web is attached in incognito mode)

    Hi @WilliamsL,

Can you share a screenshot of your Power Automate flow setup? This way we can troubleshoot that setup as well.

    Hi @Expiscornovus

Thanks for responding. The requested information is attached. Please note that the Power Automate flow is configured to execute correctly (when it finds a match) or with errors (when it does not find data). This only happens when it does not find the RUT, but when it finds the RUT, it passes without problems. The issue is that it should execute exactly as it executes in the development environment, which passes the flow well, but it does not do so in production.

    Hi @WilliamsL,

Thanks for sharing those details. I got a couple of other questions to understand/validate your setup.

It looks you have three compose actions which run on has failed status, correct? I see two of them are using an expression with a first function, I assume that is retrieving the first item of the Get Items, correct? What is the last Compose action (HoraDevolucion) using as a value?

If the Get Items cannot find any items at all, those expressions with the first function will result in an error (because there is no first item in the outputs of the Get Items). Which is fine, because than it will still continue with the other actions because of the configure run after setup and complete the flow.

However, it is interesting to see what outputs you are using in the two Return value(s) action variables. Where are the two values coming from in that action?

Correct, when it does not find any element within the list, it would go to the next flow, which is a QUESTION to the user. RUT was written correctly? Since I did not find it in the 'Store Supply' list, IMG1 power automate is attached.

The first flow attached in the first response of the forum validates whether the entered rut is associated with a terminal number (ipad), if it is not, it must continue, as is the case.

In IMG1, this is where you validate the user's status. Since the user is not registered on the list, should you go to the question RUT, was it written correctly? as it does in the development environment, which in the production or published copilot environment, it does not.

Now yes! I skipped it or for some reason it was not checked, I ran the process with errors (when nothing was found) in the outputs section, thank you! solved @Expiscornovus
