This is a recurring issue. The solution is to disable the "Allow Searching". This will prevent the keyboard from showing.

Otherwise, I now use a TextInput before the Combobox to filter the elements. (It's a bit sad since the search functionality is well implemented in the control but, since it always disappears (Retracts?) when the keyboard shows, there are no other options that I know of.)

    Hi @cdm_69,

Which mobile device do you use to run your app? iOS device or Android device?

Do you want to stop phone's keypad from being opened when you select a option within the Dropdown?

I have made a test on my side (on my Android device, the version is 8.0.0. PowerApps Mobile App version is 3.18093.32), and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

Please take a try to turn off/disable the "Improved app rendering (final validation)" option within Advanced settings of App settings, then check if the issue is solved.

If the issue still exists, please consider take a try to re-create your app, then check if the issue is solved.

Please also check if PowerApps Mobile App within your Mobile device is the latest version, if not, please upgrade it into the latest version, then check if the issue is solved.

Please also consider uninstall the PowerApps Mobile App from your Mobile device, then re-install it, check if the issue is solved.

    Best regards,

    Kris
