License needed for automated cloud flows when offline

Hi. 

 

I have a range of flows moving files from SharePoint to Azure. Ideally, these run during the night. It seems they'll only execute when the files are uploaded during the day (when my computer is turned on and I'm logged in). Do I need a certain license for the flows to trigger during the night when my computer is off?
