I am looking to have a group of 30+ people submit information from Microsoft forms several times per week. I originally set up a Microsoft flow from Forms to Google Sheets that worked except when I submitted 30 forms at once (it would slow down and stop updating the google sheet).
1. Would Premium Flows fix this?
2. I am having a very hard time trying to set up a flow from Forms to Excel Online. The template doesn't seem as simple as the google sheets one. I keep getting the warning message: The request is forbidden by Graph API. clientRequestId: 200F709C-AE81-4C11-BCAF-5FFE07D36B94.

According to you description, you purpose is to add the Forms Data to Excel.
Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?
Then I can make a test for you on my side.
