How Many Rows Can PowerAutomate add to an Excel Spreadsheet

Hi
 
I have a PowerAutomate Flow which adds rows to an Excel Spreadsheet.
 
The flow claims to load 60 rows into an Excel Spreadsheet, but when I open the Excel Spreadsheet there is only 50.
 
Have I hit a limit on the number of rows I can add to a Spreadsheet ?
 
The PowerAutomate Step I am using to add rows is "Add a Row into a Table".
