Hi ,
I have requirement to generate MS Form link for each group user like this figure

PALAR_0-1629026312745.png

1. One student have only 3 person to answer his/her survey.
We assign the name of person who must answer survey and it is not able to change.
2. All of survey has the same questions and choices.

Please suggest the way to generate survey link for each answer person.

How should I apply MS Form , Excel Online , Sharepoint or Power Automate to support these requirements?

Any ideas are appreciate!

Thanks

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I assume you have 1 MS Form and need to send it to multiple answer persons but somehow tie the response back to the student.  An answer person can also answer for multiple students.

I dont know if you can achieve this with MS Forms standard.

You can look into MS Forms premium/D365 customer voice which will store everything in Dataverse.  You can automate the sending of an invitation using the D365 Customer Voice connector which will return an invitation Id here.  You can then correlate the response Id with the invitation Id by querying Dataverse.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

As a workaround, you could look at using SharePoint list items for your survey and use PowerApps to style and format the form.

You would need a flow which would create a list item and prepopulate the student column and then send the link to each answer person.  You would also need to muck around with the list permissions.
