Hello,

I am trying to create a Send Email when appointment is created in Bookings.

Within the Email I have added dynamic content (Custom question answers from the Booking page)
There are multiple answers

Despite the flow working (sending the email) it is however sending a single email per custom question answer (3 answers thus we are getting 3 emails)

I notice that the apply to each is defaulting immediately when selecting the dynamic content.
Despite having altered the settings for the apply to each we are still getting 1 email per custom question answer.

Anyone's feedback / assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It looks like MS Bookings put all of your custom fields into a single array, so you will need to access the answers by referencing its index. I created this Booking page as example, with 2 custom fields:

In Power Automate, I'm first assigning the Custom Question Answers dynamic content to a Compose, just to visualize its outputs:

And they are an array of objects, where the order of the elements follows the same order of the fields in the Booking page:

Then in the email action, I'm simply using an expression to reference the Compose output, followed by the index of the custom field (0 for first, 1 for the second, and so on, highlighted in yellow), and the Answer property (in green):

After submitting the booking request, this is the output in Outlook in a single email message:

I'm also sharing some content about the topics discussed here for further reference, which can be helpful for you or for other users that find this thread in the future:
