I'm trying to build a flow where the flow triggers whenever a certain column in a certain excel sheet contains 'Yes'. An email is then sent to a colleague, containing some information from the row with the 'Yes'.
There is no way to specifically trigger based on what you want.
However, if the file is in SharePoint or OneDrive, you can trigger anytime the file is changed. Then you could check if that column has changed.
Then do whatever you want
