Hi everyone,
I’m currently experiencing an issue with my Copilot Studio project where all Connected Agents suddenly stopped working today (October 28, 2025).
In Copilot Studio’s Test panel, everything works perfectly — the connected agents respond normally. However, when I test the published endpoint (via WebChat or API), I get the following response:
An error has occurred. Error code: ConnectedAgentBotNotFound Conversation Id: ... Time (UTC): ...
Here’s what I’ve confirmed:
- Both connected agents are enabled and show no errors in Copilot Studio.
- I haven’t changed any configuration and redeployed on Oct 28 at 2:00 AM (UTC + 0).
This looks like a backend routing or service outage for Connected Agents. Is anyone else facing the same problem today? And is there an official status update or workaround from Microsoft?

Everything had been working normally until today. After I redeployed the supervisor agent, all connected agents started returning the same error:
An error has occurred. Error code: ConnectedAgentBotNotFound
