ConnectedAgentBotNotFound

My orchestrator agent started throwing an error: "ConnectedAgentBotNotFound". And this is not in the Copilot Studio test pane, but only when I test from Chatbot control in Power Apps
 
Error Message:
Connected agent with schema name <schema_name> not found. ​
 
This is the issue with all connected agents. We started seeing this issue after a new publish to the current version.

    Was the agent republished any time soon? You may need to refresh the connection specifically in the app as in this case you are using an external connection to the agent versus a local connection (for context into the Agent), because its in Power Apps.
     
    It can cause the metadata to become outdated and require the App and or connections to be refreshed and possible redeployed.

    @Michael E. Gernaey Thanks for the prompt response.
     
    Few more pointers:
     
    1. We identified this issue in DEV environment. In Power Apps through Chatbot control, it is throwing this error
    2. We also have PCF Agent component that is connected to these agents through DirectLine API. Same result in the DirectLine API
    3. We've deployed a solution to production to see if this is also an issue in PROD environments, and yes the same issue there as well.
