Send email when all tasks in bucket are complete - works by itself but not when part of a bigger flow

I have a flow that creates buckets and tasks and would like it to send an email when a task is checked off and also when all tasks in the bucket are complete. The flow completes without error, however, it does not send an email when all tasks are complete, only when a task is checked off. I also have created a separate flow starting from "When a task is completed" and it emails both when a task is completed and when all tasks in the bucket is complete. I can't figure out why it doesn't work when added to the larger flow....help?:

Hi @jsalbeck ,

You couldn't add the trigger "When a task is completed" in the middle of the flow.

The trigger could only be added in the beginning of the flow.

So, I actually figured it out. The file moved email notification and the "all tasks complete" email were the same thing so it was working the whole time, I was just staring at it too long to see it.
