I am looking to boost my productity with Power Virtual Agents. So far I was able to build a bot that can fetch documents, calculate hourly rates based off of input, trigger phrace to give me a link to a frequently used website. HTTP request to look up data from public APIs. I want to keep on adding but I am running out of ideas. Would someone please provide some feedback and give me ideas of how they are using their bot to enhance productivity. Thank you for reading.

We have some bots that I support,
bots to answer questions related to HR, IT, internal events.
Our main bot is IT related, where users can register and query status of calls, knowledge base on the main known problems, register requests for both IT and business in a simple and efficient way.
A topic that generates a lot of engagement is related to ideas, what employees would like to have in the bot, this makes the chatbot increasingly complete with processes that meet the users.
The registration is recorded in a dataverse table and the bot support team contacts the users to understand the need and build the topics.
Who is the audience for this bot?
