I would like to ask a question about how to solve in the app shifts, that a person can change a shift and it needs approval. The shifts are recorded for the employee in the week as two days of telework (blue theme) and 3 (green theme) in office. I want to give him the opportunity to change the type of shift ,but it has to be approved before.

The solution until now was to use time off and eliminate the schedule conflict with a flow. But that shift is recorded as time off (gray theme) and does not count hours.
