JSON to Sharepoint List and Enforcing Duplicates

Hello,

I have been at this for hours and I cant figure out how to get around the issue.  There are similar post of these types of issued but I cant get anything to work.

I have a flow that uses an API to pull data (https://services.nvd.nist.gov/rest/json/cves/2.0?keywordSearch=Ricoh) and output the data to a Sharepoint list which is working.  However if I run it again it will create duplicate items.  If I "enforce unique" in the list column settings and run the flow it will output and write to the list but eventually I get an error "

"The list item could not be added or updated because duplicate values were found in the following field(s)" and the flow error when creating items.  Is there any way to have it continue.  I have also tried to Use a filter query where the CVE eq 'ID' and setting a condition with "length" expression but that did not work either.

Appreciate any help you can provide.

Thanks!!
