Hi Team,

A very nice blog to find solutions to most of common challenges.

Problem Statement:

We have 50+ flows working and are triggered on MSForms survey completion perfectly since last 1+ years.

Recently 3 months back we moved the flows to new environment and tested and working perfectly as programed.

The flow is triggered when a MSForms Survey is triggered, but for some reason 2-3 flows failed to trigger for few entered survey. i.e on 29 & 30 Sep, 2021.

As a result we have few surveys entered but no record in flow.

Request to please share any details pertaining to this issue / also any link / idea which can help me to diagnose the issue. also do we have any way to retrieve flow logs for specific time will help.
