Displaying multiple layers of approvals in one email

I have made a flow that seems to work fine, but I'm having trouble with getting the final email to display all of the approvals.

For some context I need a file to be first approved by HR and then if HR approves, management must also approve. If HR rejected the file management would not want to see it.

My flow starts when a file is created (or added, in my case) in a folder on Sharepoint. The flow then starts an approval, sending it to HR. A condition is then opened, if the outcome is equal to "Approve" then approval 2 will be started. Approval 2 requests management approval, condition 2 is then opened, if the outcome is equal to "Approve" an email will be sent to me. I want this email to display the name of the file, the name of approver 1, approval 1 outcome, the name of approver 2 and approval 2 outcome.

This is how I have the email laid out

This is how the email appears when it reaches my inbox. For some reason the 2nd round of approvals doesn't appear in the response summary. Am I taking the data from the wrong output? Or is this something that just isn't possible?

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

To have the email display information from multiple approvals you need to include the dynamic content from each Start and Wait for an approval action in the email.  When working with multiple levels of approval I find it easier to create a string variable and build the body of the email at each stage as I go.  Then just use that string variable after the last approval has been added.

How would I access the dynamic content from both Start and Waits, please? When I choose the dynamic content I wish to include it only seems to be pulling from the first Start and Wait, rather than both.

I'm unsure how to use string variables, I've had a look at some tutorials since reading your answer but don't think I'm much further forward with understanding them.

Never mind! I remade my flow from scratch and this time I can see both of the Start and Wait approvals in my list of dynamic content
