Excel File (xlsx) becomes corrupt, Outlook -> FTP

Hi Team,

 

I've set up a rule that saves Email attachments to FTP. Emails with csv file are fine but when xlsx files are copied to FTP it becomes corrupt. 

 

File Content during the Create File flow is 'Attachment Content'.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @terry2 

     

    This could be due to chunking. Can you click the ... on the create file action and then click on settings and in the settings, under the Content Transfer, disable chunking and try once?

    I am also having the same issue with xlsx Files.

    I send 9 files daily and at least 1 or 2 files have the same error as above.
