Get Service Account Owner

I have a Power Automate flow that governs all the Power Apps in our tenant by sending notifications to the app owners, prompting them to update information on their app should that app meet certain criteria.  If the owner fails to do so, the app gets quarantined after a period of time and their access is stripped.

Oftentimes though, apps are created and owned by a Service Account, and these notifications go unnoticed.  I've tried using the Azure AD and Get user profile (V2) actions to see if there's any information returned on the account owner, but it doesn't appear so.  I've spoke with our AD team and it looks like we store the account owners in the Description field for the Service Account, but it doesn't appear I have visibility to this in Power Automate.

Does anyone know a workaround for this, or how I would handle making sure these notifications get sent to an actual person?

Thanks in advance for your help.
