Grid is not showing up in Power Pages

Hi All,

Need help with an issue with grid in power pages. I have got editable grid configured in Contacts entity. There is no lookup columns in the view. The form is added to a multistep form. configured Multistep metadata step for Subgrid control and added create button with a basic form. But the grid is not showing up in the preview. Create button works fine but i do not see any record or the grid in the form.
