One flow multiple projects

I have some flows that I replicate for every project (pulling data from one location to another) and I'd like to ensure that:

(a) they are specifically linked/grouped to the individual project site (in the same way that the data sources are)

Note: I know I can duplicate flows using Save As, or building it within a solution for migration between environments, though is there a way to do this via Power Automate? I.e. when a project site is created in SharePoint build flow and set links/connections to this new project site? I've had a look into Power Automate connectors but I can't seem to see an action which allows this.

(b) don't rely on my connections, so they still work after I've left the project.

Note: To my knowledge this is now done by assigning the flow a new owner.

Any suggestions and advice is most appricated.

    Hello @Ben_C

Triggers are site specific, so no you can't have a single flow that will respond to multiple sites.

    (b) don't rely on my connections, so they still work after I've left the project.

Note: To my knowledge this is now done by assigning the flow a new owner.

The best practice would be to use a Service account rather an a user account for the Connection.

Your Flows should work and as you have added other users as owners it allows others to edit, update and delete this flow.

Everyone who is listed as an owner will have access to all the connections and will only be able to use\manage them in the Flow. i.e. When you remove an owner whose credentials are used to access Power Automate services, you should update the credentials for those connections so that the flow will continue to run properly. More information: Modify a connection

    Hi @CFernandes

Thanks for the response. I preseumed that was the case for site connections, I'll look further into a way that I could automate building the flow when project sites are first requested with the connections being to that requested site.

    Cheers
