Set Default Value of Dropdown based on Dataverse Lookup

Hello guys,

I have three tables in Dataverse for Teams

1. New Employee with Lookup to Department

2. Department with a Lookup to 'AAD Users'

3. The AAD Users

Now I want, that the Default Value of a Dropdown is set based on the DropDown of the Department.

Example

If the users Select Department HR the Value of the Dropdown Manager should Display the Default Value John Doe

If the users Select Department Research the Value of the Dropdown Manager should Display the Default value Jane Doe

Set the Items property of Manager Dropdown as Filter('AAD Users', 'AAD user id' = Dropdown1.Selected.'AAD User'.'AAD user id'). Dropdown1 points to 'Department' dropdown.. check if this is helpful.. share if there are some additional complexities..

Not bad, it could be correct, but I didn't gave you enough details. Thats why it is not working for me.

Hope this one makes it clearer.
