Users can't make changes to an Excel file using my flow

I have a flow that allows users to create a file in a SharePoint library, create a table in the file and add rows from the table into a SP list.

The flow works like a charm for me, not for users.

Users are able to create the file in the library (on which they have Full Control permissions), however, the Create table action keeps giving an 'Item not found error', although the file is there, the path is correct, and the users have full control over the library!

Again, the flow works perfectly for me.

Has anyone run into this type of issue and can help me find a workaround?

Hi,

Can you add a small 2 min delay between create file and create table? It seems like it is a sync issue. Delays sometimes can solve these issues.
