Flow fail - ' ActionTimedOut.'

Hello All,

I have a flow that get content from Sharepoint and it is getting a lot of this error message '
ActionTimedOut. The workflow action 'Get_file_content_|_of_X_file_CSV' timed out while waiting for underlying operation to complete.

Here is the flow

Is your “Apply to each” running in parallel?

Go to Apply to each then Settings and set: Concurrency control = On, Degree of parallelism = 1
And try again.

Parallel runs are often the reason for SharePoint throttles and “Get file content” times out.

And also:

In Get files (properties only), filter to only the needed CSVs (only recent/modified ones), so it’s not looping the whole folder.

If the issue is intermittent and happens only for certain files or time slots, the most likely factors to check are:
File size / file complexity (large CSVs, high row count, encoding)
SharePoint API throttling, which can vary based on tenant load and time of day
Each SharePoint connector action (including Get file content) expects a response within ~2 minutes unless the backend explicitly supports streaming or lazy loading—which this action does not.
Although the flow run shows a total duration of 20 minutes, this does not mean the action itself was executing continuously. Internally, Power Automate retries the underlying request multiple times while waiting for a successful response. When all retries fail to receive a response within the allowed execution window, the action ends with ActionTimedOut.

Yes, it is intermittent issue. What do you recommend?

the files are not large CVS.
