How To Assign Power Automate Process License?

Hi all,

I am new to unattended RPA and cannot figure out how to assign a Power Automate Process License.

Here is what I have:

  • A bot account with a basic Microsoft - Unattended license assigned
  • A cloud flow that invokes a Desktop flow (in attended mode)
    • The PAD flow it invokes also has child flows
  • One Power Automate Process License available in the environment.

I changed the cloud flow to run as: Per user/process but I cannot change the run a desktop flow to run in unattended mode.

What else do I need to do in order to run the PAD in unattended mode?
Thank you!

You need to assign the Power Automate Process license to an environment via the Power Platform admin center. See here for reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/organization-q-and-a#assign-power-automate-process-plan-previously-power-automate-process-flow-capacity-to-an-environment
