After March 2022 Update Cannot simultaneously have more than one flows running in power automate desktop

After March 2022 Update Cannot simultaneously have more than one flows running in power automate desktop.

After I press the triangle to run one, all the others in the list are with the run button greyed out so I cannot run another one.

Only the edit button is activated. I have to edit a flow and press run from there to get it to run.
