Hi everyone

My first time in the blue forum, usually I'm in the purple forum. So I have a flow which is half done, I have watched Shane Young's  video regarding getting the end of the month(thank you Shane). So now I would like Flow to then grab the last reading from a Sharepoint list and email it to a particular contact. The email would look something like: Subject: Our Company water reading for 31/05/2021. Body: Hello Susan

Our current water meter reading is Value from my Sharepoint list.

Kind regards Ron

Any help would be much appreciated, very noob on the flow front.

How many customers do you have?  More than 5000?  I am assuming that you want to email all customers once a month.

    Hi Scott

So every day I do a water meter reading at our production plant and enter that into a Sharepoint list via an app. Then at the end of each month I have to send the last reading of that month by email to our local district council. Then they know how much to charge us for the water usage for that month. So it only gets emailed to the same one person every month. I hope that clarifies

Please see my example below.   In my example, I have a column called Reading Date - the internal name of the column is ReadingDate.  All you need to add is the email after the Get Items action.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Also, I could have made the Flow more compact but I kept it like it is to make it easier to follow.

    Hi Scott

So the data I need to be transposed to my email is the Readingdate and the FrontMeter. how do I get that automatically sent in an email?
