Is it possible to create a reminder flow in Power automate in MS Form not SharePoint. I want to send reminder to user that has not fill out the form automatically.
No because the only Forms trigger is when a new response is submitted. And Power Automate cannot access the underlying spreadsheet to see who has or hasn't responded. Saving the forms response automatically to a SharePoint list means that a flow can compare the list of responses against a separate list of who you sent the form to and send a reminder to anyone who hasn't submitted their response.
