In a Dev Environment, i have created 3 types of application : Model-driven, canvas and a Power Pages Site.
A solution was created on the same Environment to regroup all 3 apps.
When trying to add the apps to the solution using "Add existing" -> "App" feature, i can't see the Power Pages Site i have created before but the Model-driven and the canvas app are available to add.

Out of the box, Power Pages migration is not supported via solution so you have 3 options:
1- XRMLToolbox, there are tools like portal mover or portal deployer, its suitable for simple use
2-PAC tools via Visual Studio, i personally use this but it can be bit complicated
3-using portal migration tool that MSFT provided
